Our unique six-week program boosts each individual's mental fitness through a combination of personal coaching and online app-led sessions. From week 7 onwards, the app modules enable a team to assess their strength on the 4 pillars necessary for maximum team performance and well-being: Triple Purpose, Earned Trust, Healthy Conflict and Mutual Ownership.

Triple purpose

Each team member is inspired to grow in meaningful and lasting ways, to help teammates do the same, and to positively influence others.

Earned trust

Team becomes a safe place for people to be transparent and authentic, to admit mistakes and shortcomings and to feel supported and cared for by each other.

Healthy conflict

Team embraces conflict as a gift. Members learn to be candid and direct in challenging each other as a way to find the best solutions and help each other grow.

Mutual ownership

Team members hold each other accountable for both results and behavior, rather than waiting for the team leader to do so.

Increases the EQ of your organization

Positive intelligence is a breakthrough in the ability to increase emotional intelligence (EQ) throughout an organization. The main challenges so far have been the existence of too many EQ competencies (18) and that initial improvements quickly fade over time.

Positive intelligence dramatically simplifies this challenge. This is evident from factor analysis research that identified the fundamental building blocks of EQ. 17 of the 18 EQ competencies are automatically developed through a combination of intercepting the negative saboteurs, activating your Self-command muscle and the 5 positive Sage powers.

The resulting EQ improvements are sustainable because we focus on building habit-forming mental muscles, not just insights. As many as 98% of all program participants experience EQ growth. 

A fundamental platform for lasting growth

Positive Intelligence optimizes the performance and well-being of each individual during the first six weeks of mental fitness training. From week 7, this joint operating system enables teams to strengthen the 4 pillars that maximize team performance and well-being.

The app platform enables continued growth through continuous modules that utilize the operating system in a variety of personal and professional, individual and team applications. Mental fitness, similar to physical fitness, becomes an ongoing commitment.

Six weeks basic 
The first six weeks are intensive. 15 minutes of practice every day explains the fundamental neural pathways that form the 3 cores of mental fitness: Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command and Sage.

Months of applications
Once the foundation is established, the app guides ongoing individual and team applications of these newly acquired capabilities.

Ongoing involvement
Inspired by measurable results and gamification, participants will continue to improve the Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command and 5 Sage Powers. Each new application grows the core of the underlying muscles.
