The process


Boosting your mental fitness requires powerful new muscles in your brain. In a six-week workout of daily exercise and cohort support (your Pod, you will learn how growing these important mental muscles increases your ability to face big challenges with a clear mind and less negative emotions.

Perfectionism and a need for order and organization go too far. 

Controller

Fear-based need to take charge and control people's situations and actions as they please. High fear and impatience when that is not possible.

Streber

Depends on constant performance and performance for self-esteem and self-validation. Strongly focused on external success, leading to unsustainable workaholic tendencies and loss of contact with deeper emotional and relationship needs.

Pleaser

Indirectly tries to gain acceptance and affection by helping, pleasing, saving, or snuggling others. Loses sight of their own needs and gets angry because of this

Dodge

Focusing on the positive and the enjoyable in an extreme way. Avoid difficult and unpleasant tasks and conflicts.

Thinker

Intense and exclusive focus on the rational processing of everything, including relationships. Can be seen as cold, distant and intellectually arrogant.

Mental fitness

Mental fitness is the ability to respond to life's challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset.

Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).

This measure of your Mental Fitness Fitness is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).

The results of this study have been validated by more than 500,000 participants in 50 countries. Hi, I am Adger. I am a PQ graduate and coach and guide you on your PQ journey. I have more than twenty years of experience leading and developing professionals.
My background is in business and personal development. It is my passion to help individuals identify and unleash their true potential and take action to achieve their peak achievements in their careers and personal lives.
The Positive Intelligence program was a life changing experience for me. It helped me change my self-limiting beliefs and strengthen my self-control muscle to reduce my saboteurs. I have learned to use love and connection as a Hyper-Achiever and a Pleaser.
With the help of PQ's mental fitness program, I now have an operating system to stay healthy of my choice!
