Who I am

With over 20 years of experience designing leaders and organizations that excel in complexity, I facilitate transitions that go beyond mere change. I help leaders and teams not just work differently, but transform themselves:

My Story

As the youngest son of an entrepreneurial mother, I grew up in an environment where change was the norm. I learned early on that change isn't something to fear, but rather to embrace. Our family business experienced its ups and downs; I watched my mother repeatedly get up, adjust, and come back stronger. That strength is now ingrained in my DNA and has taught me that setbacks are building blocks for growth.

  • Systemic awareness + pragmatic results I combine change management, entrepreneurial experience, and 15 years of corporate leadership. No vague talk, just systemic insights that are immediately applicable.
  • Trust over technical expertise I believe in empowering people and recognize patterns that others often miss. I empower people.  
  • Seeing patterns that others miss I listen on multiple levels: what you say, what you don't say, how your body reacts, the stories you tell yourself. This way, hidden obstacles become visible before they block you.

Mea philosophy

Excellence comes from awareness and trust, not from control. When leaders understand their reaction instead of acting automatically, space is created for conscious choices. That's where transformation begins.

Change is the only constant in life — so you learn to design systems that move with you instead of breaking.

I completed my coaching training at IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), the most comprehensive and experiential coach training program in the world. 

I am accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation) as a Professional Certified coach. This is the world's largest professional association of coaches and the "Golden Standard in Coaching". I endorse the code of ethics from ICF and follow Continued Coach Education, Intervision and Mentoring to offer you the service you deserve.

My approach: The Human Design Studio™

No standard courses, but tailor-made solutions based on three pillars:

1. Holistic perspective

I look at you as a whole: work, health, relationships, purpose. Everything is connected. I focus on systemic insight. How do your beliefs influence your choices? Where is there tension in your system? What needs to be seen?

  • Body: Where do you feel it?
  • Mind: What stories do you tell yourself?
  • Soul: What gives you meaning?
  • System: How does your environment influence you?

2. Transformative questions 

My gift: seeing patterns you overlook. I hear what you're not saying. I see where you're stuck before you even realize it. I ask the questions that lead to breakthroughs:
