I am an accredited certified coach with ICF (the International Coach Federation). This is the largest professional organization of coaches worldwide and the “Golden Standard in Coaching”. I subscribe to the ICF ethical code and follow Continued Coach Education, Intervision and Mentoring to provide you with the service you deserve.
Leadership: I have more than 25 years of experience as a people-oriented leader.

The 2nd part of my mission also sends a message to myself. To ensure that I continue to enjoy the moment and share an experience with the people I meet.
The last part is my coaching promise or vision. As a coach I guide a process, usually a profound change. I cannot promise an outcome or give an objective because you, as my client, are responsible for this yourself. I can make the joint journey as unique and challenging as possible. So you can live the life you want. Self-aware of your passion, your purpose and your strength; your potential as a human being.
